ElaSil® Silicone hose assemblies DN 13-102
For for high media purity requirements, easy to clean. Suitable for Pharma, foodstuff and cosmetics industry. Homogeneous hose construction of platinum cured, translucent and phtalate free Silicone (FDA / USP), resistant to kinking and highly flexible. Large temperature range -60° C to +200° C. Available as complete hose assembly with crimped fittings, DN 13 to 102. Here: DN 25 with Camlock Cam Locking Coupling and Triclamp connection
ERV TA:
ERV with white PTFE lining. Used when the chemical resistance of the chosen ERV type is insufficient. Resistant to all commonly used liquids. Electrically isolating, therefore not suitable for flammable liquids in Ex-Zones. Admissible working temperature of expansion joint has to be observed. For maximum pressure of 6 bar – not suitable for vacuum.
For long and heavy aviation refuelling hoses: Hose Beads 'BD' to EI 1522 standard
They notably improve handling as they reduce friction against the tarmac. They additionally protect against hose abrasion. 'BD' Hose Beads are highly break resistant, contain no bolts or nuts, can be easily assembled or disassembled and are suitable for reeling.
Rubber Expansion Joint ERV-G LT 80.16
YELLOW BAND LT expansion joints designed for low temperature applications for standard-conform petroleum based products, e.g. diesel, heating oil up to + 90° C, aviation fuels, petroleum up to + 60° C and gasoline up to + 40° C. Temperature (depending on medium) range - 40° C up to + 90° C, temporarily up to + 100° C. Electrically dissipative.
